La autora realiza una lectura centrada en el concepto del hombre, de su religión y de las relaciones con la comunidad y el Estado del que forma parte, teniendo presente que en pura teoría política, cualquier opción del Estado en relación con las religiones de los ciudadanos es posible, pero también que la opción del Estado no es neutra, lo que implica la necesidad de afirmar el principio de libertad religiosa.The paper analyzes the development of men in various stages of history in the legal and political organization system, stopping on impact caused by Christianity, not only in history, but also in man´s relationships with the state and it´s actions as a citizen.
