De la objetividad a la prudencia. Hacia un paradigma informativo humanista.

Abstract

In the first issue of Comunicación y Hombre, together with other excellent articles, there was one referred to objectivity. I agree to the author in almost everything with the exception of the title of her document: Objectivity, an unfinished discussion. What I want to express in this essay is, precisely, that we have to consider that “debate” as a “finished discussion”, and what urges now is to propose the basis for a new Journalism Paradigm, based on a concept of journalism as a prudential knowledge.
